Mirosław Siwirski has been appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board of PCC EXOL SA.

On 30 September 2020, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PCC EXOL SA appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Mirosław Siwirski.

Mr. Mirosław Siwirski is a graduate of the University of Agriculture in Wrocław (now University of Life Sciences). From 12 November 2013 to 31 August 2020, he was President of the Management Board of PCC EXOL SA. In 1995 – 2003, he worked in a number of companies on managerial positions in commercial departments, including Star Foods SA and Browary Dolnośląskie Piast SA. In 2003-2004, he was the President of the Management Board of Dolnośląskie Centrum Dystrybucyjne Sp. z o.o. In 2004, he took the position of Domestic Sales Director at Rokita Agro SA which at that time belonged to PCC Capital Group. In 2006, he was appointed member of the Management Board of Rokita Agro S.A. (now ADAMA Manufacturing Poland S.A.), and held this position until 2012, taking up the position of President of the Management Board of this company in 2008-2009 and 2010-2012.
